Unable to play video as the license didn't download correctly
Check that the following options are ticked under Tools > Options:
- Under the Player tab, check that Connect to the Internet is ticked.
- Under the Privacy tab, check that the 3rd box down - usually called Download usage rights automatically is ticked.
- Also under the Privacy tab, check that 'Send unique Player ID to content providers' is ticked.
