App crashes on start-up

If your Sheet Music Direct for iPad app crashes right after start-up, it's most likely because the score database became corrupted during the update.

Please delete the app from your iPad and then re-install it again from App Store. This will re-create the score database and your scores will be synced again after you log into the app using your Sheet Music Direct username and password.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, please let us know and we'll look into it right away.
