My order has gone wrong! Can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy with or fail to download any item(s) bought from Sheet Music Direct, please contact our Support Team by email at help@sheetmusicdirect.com, explaining what went wrong. Please include your Order Number with your email.


After investigating the cause of the problem, we will offer you either another chance to download your purchased item, or a full refund for that item, but Sheet Music Direct shall have no further liability to you.
