Create a new set list
To create a new set list in the Sheet Music Direct app, open up the app and go to the Set Lists tab. Then tap the Create button, and follow the prompt to name your set list.
Edit set list name
To edit the name of an existing set list (while under the Set List tab), tap on the name of the set list you wish to edit, and tap the Edit button. Then edit the name of your set list, and tap the Done button.
Add / remove songs
To add, remove, or reorder songs from your set list (while under the Set List tab), tap on the name of the set list you wish to edit, and tap the Edit button. Tap on the next to each song on the right side you wish to add. Tap on the
next to each song on the left side you wish to remove. To change the order of songs in your set list, grab the reorder icon
and drag/drop the song to the order you prefer. Tap the Done button to save your changes.
Add Favorites / PASS titles to set list (PASS Subscribers)
In addition to being able to add purchased sheet music and imported PDFs to your set lists, you are now able to add titles from your Favorites to any of your set lists. Plus, PASS Subscribers can now add PASS-eligible items from our Store to your set lists as well.
To add a song from any of these locations to your set list, look for the 3-dot menu , tap “Add to Set List” and follow the prompts.
Add Imported PDFs to set list
Once you have added imported PDFs to your Library on the app, these can then be added to your set lists.
To add an imported PDF on the app to your set list, look for the 3-dot menu , tap “Add to Set List” and follow the prompts.
NOTE: Imported PDFs can only be added to set lists from the app only; likewise, Imported PDFs can only be accessed/viewed within the app only at this time.
Add audio items to set list
Unfortunately, audio items cannot be added to set lists at this time.
Organise multiple set lists
To reorder your set lists (while under the Set List tab), tap the Edit button, then grab the reorder icon and drag/drop the set list to the order you prefer, and tap the Done button.
Delete set list
To delete a set list (while under the Set List tab), tap the Edit button, tap on the icon of the set list you wish to delete (until the red Delete text appears), then tap Delete to confirm.
To quickly delete a Set List (while under the Set List tab), left-swipe (all the way to the left-hand side of the screen) on the name of the set list you wish to delete. This will delete your set list immediately.
